荆花胃康胶丸治疗老年幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎效果及HP根除率

摘要

目的：研究老年幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎采用荆花胃康胶丸辅助治疗疗效及对 Hp根除率影响，以供临床参考。方法将2013年1～12月在我院接受治疗的60例老年幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎患者纳入研究，随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组患者采用标准三联疗法结合荆花胃康胶丸辅助治疗，对照组采用标准三联疗法进行治疗，对比两组治疗1、3周后症状缓解率以及停药1周后Hp根除率。结果对比两组治疗效果发现，实验组治疗1、3周后症状严重程度和严重频度缓解率显著高于对照组，实验组Hp根除率可达93.3％，显著高于对照组（63.3％），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且两组均未发生不良反应。结论采用荆花胃康胶丸辅助治疗老年幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎效果良好，可显著提高Hp根除率，且安全性良好，值得在临床治疗中推广应用。%ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy, safety and rate of Hp eradication of Jinghuaweikang Capsules in adjuvant treatment of old people with Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection chronic gastritis.Methods60 cases of elderly patients with Hp infection chronic gastritis from January 2013 to December 2013 were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group received Jinghuaweikang Capsules. Compared the efficacy and Hp eradication rate in two groups.Results The analysis supported that the efficacy in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the Hp eradication rate in treatment group (93.3%) was significantly higher than that in control group (63.3%).There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment with Jinghua Weikang Capsule for old inpatients with Helicobacter pylori infection chronic gastritis,can increase clinical efficacy, and improves the Hp eradication rate. It is worthy of application in clinical treatment.
