微型超声探头在消化道疾病中的应用价值

摘要

目的：探讨微型超声探头在消化道疾病中的应用价值。方法选择2012年12月～2015年3月我院收治并进行胃镜检查及EUS检查的消化道疾病患者265例作为研究对象，并对比分析患者的术后病理结果与术前胃镜检查及EUS的诊断结果。结果 EUS检查结果中源于上皮和黏膜层的息肉26例，真性黏膜下病变145例，明确外压性隆起37例；EUS对消化道疾病患者的总诊断符合率为93.21%，胃镜总诊断符合率为71.70%，EUS总诊断符合率高于胃镜，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用微型超声探头能较好获得消化道管壁各层次的组织学影像特征,正确反映食管和胃肠黏膜下病变的大小、性质、起源层次及邻近组织结构关系，判断癌肿侵犯深度，有利于合理治疗方案的制定，可在临床推广应用。%Objective To investigate the value of miniature ultrasonic probe in digestive diseases. Methods265 cases with gastrointestinal disease were selected from December 2012 to March 2015 given EUS and Gastroscopy,in some cases the results of pathology and diagnostic results were compared preoperative EUS and Gastroscopy. Results Derived from the epithelial and mucosal layers of polyps was 26 cases,145 cases under true mucosal lesions,clear external pressure ridges was 37 cases;EUS for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal disease in patients with total coincidence rate was 93.21%,total endoscopic diagnosis was 71.70%,EUS diagnosis was higher than the total endoscopy,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Miniature ultrasound probe can get better at all levels of the digestive tract wall histology imaging features,accurately reflect the size of the lesion,the nature,origin and adjacent tissue levels of structural relationship of esophageal and gastrointestinal mucosa to determine depth of invasion of cancer,conducive to the development of rational treatment programs can be applied in clinical practice.
