消旋卡多曲颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿腹泻病的疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨消旋卡多曲颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿腹泻病的临床疗效。方法计算机随机检索2010年4月～2013年4月汕头市澄海区人民医院儿科收治确诊的小儿腹泻病患儿300例。根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组和对照组，每组各150例患者。两组均给予抗感染、补液、保护肠黏膜、补充微生态制剂等常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上应用消旋卡多曲颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌颗粒口服，观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率及临床症状缓解时间、住院时间均优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论消旋卡多曲颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌辅助治疗小儿腹泻病，疗效明显，值得推广与应用。%Objective To study the clinical effect of racecadotril granules combined with Zinc Gluconate in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods 300 children who were treated and diagnosed as infantile diarrhea in the hospital from April 2010 to April 2013 were selected through randomly computer retrieval and were divided into treatment group and control group according to the different treatment methods, with 150 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with routine treatment such as anti-infection, fluid infusion, intestinal mucosa protection, and microbial ecological agents infusion and so on, based on of which the treatment group was taken orally with racecadotril granules combined Zinc Gluconate. To observe the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate, the clinical symptom remission time, and the hospitalization time in treatment group were better than which in control group, the difference was statically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Racecadotril granules combined with Zinc Gluconate in the treatment of infantile diarrhea has obviously clinical effect and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
