高负压引流在关节镜治疗弹响髋术后应用的效果观察

         

摘要

目的:探讨高负压引流在关节镜治疗弹响髋术后应用的效果。方法筛选2013年6月~2014年10月我院收治的臀肌挛缩症(弹响髋)患者42例,作为研究对象。所有均在关节镜下行髂胫束松解术,采用随机数表法将所有患者分为实验组与对照组,每组患者21例。实验组患者采用Drainobag真空高负压引流瓶引流,对照组患者不采取引流方式,比较两组患者术后并发症及换药、更换敷料次数,并统计治疗的总有效率。结果对照组发生渗血2例,积血、积液4例,创口感染1例,创口延迟愈合1例,实验组无任何并发症发生,两组比较存在显著差异(P<0.05);而两组患者抗生素应用时间、敷料(换药)更换次数及治疗的总有效率比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论良好的引流在关节镜下治疗弹响髋对预防术后并发症、提高临床治疗效果具有重要作用,真空高负压引流技术具有较好的引流效果,能够有效防止积血、积液及创口感染的发生,具有临床应用及推广价值。%Objective To study the applying effect of arthroscopy treatment of high negative pressure drainage after snapping hip operation. Methods 42 cases of Snapping Hip(Contracture of Gluteus)who were treated with arthroscopy in our hospital from June 2013 to October 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to numbers table.To compare and count the postoperative complications,the frequency of drugs and dressings change and the total effective rates in experimental group drained with drainobag high vacuum drainage compared with control group without drainage. Results There were oozing of blood in 2 cases,hematocele and effusion in 4 cases,wound infection in 1 case and delayed wound healing in 1 case in experimental group and non-complication in control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The time of antibiotic application,the frequency of drugs and dressings change and the total effective rates were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Good drainage of arthroscopy in the treatment of snapping hip operation has important roles to prevent the postoperative complications and to improve the clinical treatment effect.The technology of drainobag high vacuum drainage has better effect of drainage,could effectively prevent hematocele,effusion and wound infection,and is value of clinical application and popularization.
