目的：观察毫火针疗法治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分组，完成治疗者为毫火针组（治疗组）44例和普通针刺组（对照组）45例，治疗3个月后统计疗效，并观察治疗前后痛经症状评分、即刻VAS值（0min、10min、1hour）。结果治疗组治愈率为96.0%，总有效率为100%；对照组分别为88.0%、95%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.01）；治疗起效时间上治疗组优于对照组，治疗后10min的VAS评分差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论毫火针疗法治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经疗效显著。%Objective Observed the curative effects of filiform-fire needle for primary coagulation of cold dampness dysmenorrhoea. Methods 100 patients with primary dysmenorrheal were randomized into 2 groups to receive filiform-fire needle(44cases)and a routine acupuncture group(45cases).The effect was counted after 3 months. Observed tdysmenorrhea symptom and VAS score before and after the treatment. Results In the treatment group,the cure rate was 96.0%,the total effective rate was 98.0%.The control group were 88.0%、95%.The effect of the treatment group was better than the control group on the effect and onset time of treatment.10min after treatment,there are differences in VAS scores. Conclusion The treatment with filiform-fire needle for primary coagulation of cold dampness dysmenorrhoea has a significant curative effect.
