马铃薯片外敷联合提肛运动对会阴水肿的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of potato chips combinated with levator ani movement in treatment of perineal edema. Methods 100 cases of maternal caginal delivery perineum edema in our hospital from January 2015 to Auguest 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each.Patients in control group were treated with external application of fresh potato chips,and patients in observation group were treated with levator ani movement on the basis of external application of fresh potato chips. Clinical efficacy,incidence of urinary retention and pain score before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment effective rate of observation group 92% was higher than that of control group 76%,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The incidence of urinary retention of observation group 4% was lower than that of control group 16%,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference on pain score comparison between the two groups (P > 0.05).After treatment,the pain score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Potato chips combinated with levator ani movement can effectively improve vaginal delivery perineum edema maternal clinical curative effect,reduce the incidence of urinary retention,relieve pain,and improve maternal comfort and obstetric quality.It is worth promoting.%目的：观察马铃薯片外敷联合提肛运动对经阴道分娩会阴水肿产妇的临床应用效果。方法将我院2015年1月～2016年8月收治的100例经阴道分娩会阴水肿产妇随机分为观察组与对照组，各50例，对照组采用新鲜马铃薯片外敷；观察组在对照组的基础上行提肛运动，比较两组产妇临床疗效、尿潴留发生率及治疗前后疼痛评分。结果观察组治疗有效率92.0%高于对照组76.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组尿潴留发生率4.0%低于对照组16.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗前，两组疼痛评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗后，观察组疼痛评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论马铃薯片联合提肛运动能有效提高经阴道分娩会阴水肿产妇临床疗效，降低尿潴留发生率，减轻疼痛感，提高产妇舒适度与产科质量，值得推广。
