腺样体切除术对儿童鼻窦炎治疗转归的影响分析

摘要

ObjectiveTo investigate the adenoidal hypertrophy cut financial impact on children after treatment of sinusitis outcomes.Methods 35 cases of children with chronic sinusitis with adenoid hypertrophy cured in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2015 were selected as the research object, and conservative treatment had poor outcome. Children underwent preoperative endoscopy, sinus cavity coronal CT scan. Children underwent general anesthesia, Nasal Endoscopy with 70° to monitor the downlink adenoid hypertrophy financial resection and children simultaneously FESS surgery in 3 patients.ResultsAfter surgery, children with average follow-up (8.3±2.4) months, three months, see incision endoscopic review of mucosal epithelium had significantly improved symptoms of sinusitis. 6 months 35 cases of children underwent sinus coronal CT scan, sinuses return to normal 32 cases(91.67%). ConclusionFinancial adenoidal hypertrophy resection has a positive impact on children sinusitis treatment outcome.%目的：探讨腺样体切除后对儿童鼻窦炎治疗转归的影响。方法选取2011年1月～2015年6月我院收治的慢性鼻窦炎伴腺样体肥大患儿35例为研究对象，保守治疗效果不佳；术前患儿均行鼻内镜检查、鼻窦腔窦冠状位CT扫描；患儿均行气管插管全身麻醉，经口用70°鼻内镜行鼻内镜下腺样体切除术，且同时行FESS术患儿3例。结果术后，患儿平均随访（8.3±2.4）个月，3个月鼻内镜复查见切口黏膜已上皮化，鼻窦炎症状显著改善；6个月35例患儿行鼻窦冠状位CT扫描，鼻窦回归正常32例（91.67%）。结论腺样体切除后对儿童鼻窦炎治疗转归具有积极的影响。
