体外冲击波联合手法治疗肱二头肌长头腱鞘炎的临床研究

摘要

Objective To explore curative effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with manipulation in treatment of inflammation of long tendon of biceps muscle. Methods 96 patients who were in accordance with the inclusion criteria were divided to the extracorporeal shock wave treatment group,manipulation treatment group and combined treatment group,with 32 cases in one group.Patients were received UCLA shoulder joint scoring and VAS scoring.Shoulder pains and function score were compared. Results After treatment,UCLA and VAS scores of patients receiving combined treatment were both better than those patients in the extracorporeal shock wave treatment group and manipulation treatment group.Differences among three groups had statistical significance (P < 0.01). Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave combined with manipulation in treatment of inflammation of long tendon of biceps muscle has significant curative effect.%目的：探讨体外冲击波联合手法治疗肱二头肌长头腱鞘炎的疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的96例患者随机分为体外冲击波治疗组、手法治疗治疗组以及联合治疗组，每组32例，三组在治疗后0.5、1、3个月采用UCLA肩关节评分系统以及VAS评分，进行肩部疼痛以及功能评分比较。结果三组患者治疗后，采用联合治疗的患者UCLA肩关节评分以及VAS评分均优于体外冲击波治疗组、手法治疗治疗组，三组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论体外冲击波联合手法治疗肱二头肌长头腱鞘炎疗效显著。
