影响睾丸生殖细胞凋亡的理化因素

摘要

环境污染日趋严重，不孕不育症发病率呈上升态势。睾丸生殖细胞凋亡是无精少精的机制之一。睾丸生殖细胞凋亡受许多内外因素的多重影响，本文就影响睾丸生殖细胞凋亡的一些外在理化因素作一简要概述。%With the growing of environmental pollution, the incidence of infertility is rising. Spermatogenic cell maturation disorders induced by testicular germ cell apoptosis is one of the mechanisms of azoospermia and oligozoospermia. Testicular germ cell apoptosis is affected by many internal and external factors and multiple regulatory factors .This paper describes a brief overview about some external physical and chemical factors which induced testicular germ cell apoptosis.
