输卵管妊娠患者血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平与滋养细胞对输卵管浸润深度相关性分析

     

摘要

Objective: To discuss correlation between serum P-HCG levels and trophoblast cells invasion depth in patients with tubal pregnancy. Methods: 38 patients with tubal pregnancy operated in our hospital were selected. Serum P-HCG level of all patients was detected by radioimmunoassay 2 hours before surgery; and the removal tissue specimens of fallopi -an tube were stained with HE, and they were observed under light microscope. Results: According to the trophoblast invasion depth, the patients were divided into three groups: group I (invasive depth to mucosa layer of trophoblastic cells); group II (invasive depth to muscle layer of trophoblastic cells); group III [invasive depth to serosa layer(across muscle layer) of trophoblastic cells]. In the group I , serum P-HCG level was (1 416.64±659.94) LJ/L; it was (3 380.33 + 1 392.36)U/L in group II. In the group III, serum P-HCG level was (6 999.33±2 949.90) LJ/L. There were significantly differences among the three groups (F=9.914, P<0.05). Conclusion: Serum P-HCG level can detect invasive depth of trophoblastic cells in patients with tubal pregnancy, and it is worth to promote.%目的:探讨输卵管妊娠患者血β-HCG(人绒毛膜促性腺激素)值与滋养细胞增殖活性、滋养细胞对输卵管管壁浸润深度的相关性.方法:在我院行手术治疗的输卵管妊娠患者38例,所有患者于术前2 h内抽取静脉血采用放射免疫法检测血β-HCG值水平;并取术中切除输卵管组织标本进行HE染色,光镜观察.结果:根据病理所见将滋养细胞浸润深度分成三组:Ⅰ组为滋养细胞浸润输卵管黏膜层,Ⅱ组为滋养细胞浸润至肌层,Ⅲ组为滋养细胞浸润至浆膜层(穿透肌层),其中Ⅰ组患者的血β-HCG水平为(1 416.64±659.94)U/L;Ⅱ组为(3 380.33±1 392.36)U/L;Ⅲ组为(6 999.33±2 949.90)U/L.三组比较差异有统计学意义(F=9.914,P<0.05).结论:输卵管妊娠患者血清β-HCG水平可以作为判断滋养细胞浸润程度的一项指标,值得在临床上推广应用.
