目的:从病理细胞学的角度探讨中药联合抗病毒药物对慢性乙肝肝纤维化的治疗效果.方法:将50 例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化(S3)患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组各25 例.治疗组口服复方降纤汤联合阿德福韦酯6个月,对照组单用阿德福韦酯治疗6 个月,治疗前后观察生化指标及肝组织切片的差异.结果:治疗组肝纤维化逆转率达88%,明显优于对照组(64%).结论:复方降纤汤联合抗病毒药物治疗肝炎肝纤维化疗效满意,值得推广应用.%Objective: To study the effects of Compound Jiangxian Decoction on chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis in pathology cytology. Methods: 50 patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Compound Jiangxian Decoction combined with Adefovir for 6 months, control group was only given Adefovir for 6 months. Biochemical indicators and liver biopsy were observed before and after treatment. Results: The efficiency in treatment group was 88%, significantly better than that in control group (64%). Conclusion: Compound Jiangxian Decoction combined with Adefovir is better than the use of Adefovir alone in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.
