早期护理干预对脑外伤综合征患者康复的影响

摘要

目的:探讨早期护理干预措施对脑外伤后综合征患者康复的影响.方法:对100 例脑外伤综合征患者采取早期护理干预措施,分别对干预前后的心理状况采用SCL-90 自评量表进行评价.结果:早期护理干预后脑外伤综合征的抑郁、恐惧、焦虑、性格脆弱等心理状况有明显改善.结论:早期护理干预可显著改善脑外伤综合征患者的心理健康状况.%Objective: To explore the effect of early nursing intervention measures on the rehabilitation of patients with traumatic brain injury syndrome. Methods: 100 patients with traumatic brain syndrome patients were managed by early nursing and SCL-90 self-rating scale were used to compare the psychological status. Results: The psychological status with depression, fear, anxiety, weak character was improved significantly after the early nursing intervention of traumatic brain syndrome. Conclusion: Early nursing intervention can obviously improve the post traumatic brain syndrome patient's mental health status.
