用紫外分光光度仪测定总蛋白试剂盒的吸收峰和吸光度

摘要

Objective: To compare the differences of prescription, absorption band and absorbance of total protein kit. Methods: TPROs from eight producers were selected and detected the absorption band and absorbance by end -point method of affiliating serum blank respectively. Results: The absorption band of TPROs were from 542 to 550 nm and the absorbance were from 0.118 to 0.494. Conclusion: The absorption band and absorbance of all TPROs vary at a relatively stable scope with some differences which are related to its prescriptions.%目的:比较目前市场上常用总蛋白试剂盒的吸收峰和吸光度以及配方差异.方法:选取8个厂家生产的试剂盒(均为双缩脲法),按其说明书要求分别用带血清空白的终点法检测其吸收峰和吸光度.结果:各试剂盒的吸收峰波长在542～550 nm范围内,吸光度值在0.118～0.494范围内.结论:各试剂盒的吸收峰和相应吸光度都在一个比较稳定的范围内,但存在一定的差异,与其配方组成有关.
