Objective: To carry out the clinical efficacy of Docetaxel chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer with clinical practice experience. Methods: 46 patients with esophageal carcinoma who were informed consent and received non-surgical treatment in hospital from January 2007 to December 2009 were selected as the research object and divided into control group (23 cases) and observation group (23 cases). Case control study was used. Pa -tients of control group were given the treatment of radiotherapy alone, and observation group were given the treatment of Docetaxel chemotherapy (intravenous, Docetaxel 40 mg a week, 1 time a week, 6 times total) based on the use of control group to compare various indicators after treatment. Results: The serum CRP, IL-6, IL-8 and sMICA level of the two groups before and after treatment showed that the indicators of observation group were better than control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The complete remission rate of observation group was higher than control group and the inefficiency was less than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), The rates of partial remission and adverse reactions of two groups were not significant different (P>0.05), and adverse reactions made no impact on chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Conclusion: There are many advantages of Docetaxel chemotherapy and radiotherapy using in esophageal and the clinical curative effect is distinct and it is worth of clinical application.%目的:结合临床实践经验,探讨多西他赛化疗联合放疗治疗食管癌的临床疗效.方法:选取2007年1月～2009年12月期间,我院接受非手术治疗的食管癌患者46例为研究对象,采用对照研究,经患者知情同意,将其分为对照组(23例)与观察组(23例),对照组患者均接受采用单纯放疗进行治疗,而观察组在对照组的基础上,采用多西他赛化疗(静注,多西他赛40 mg/周,1次/周,共6次),观察比较两组患者治疗后的各项指标.结果:两组患者治疗前后血清C反应蛋白、IL-6、IL-8及可溶性MHC-Ⅰ分子链相关基因A水平比较结果显示,观察组各项指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗结果显示,观察组的完全缓解率高于对照组,无效率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组部分缓解率及不良反应率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且不良反应均未影响化疗和放疗的进行.结论:多西他赛化疗联合放疗治疗食管癌具有较多的优点,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用.
