Objective: To explore the application value of color doppler ultrasound in the etiological typing of QS type V1 lead electrocardiogram. Methods: 30 cases with QS type V1 lead electrocardiogram were detected with doppler ultrasound, the interventricular septal thickness was measured, and the beating rate of cardiac chamber was observed, while the etiological classification was analyzed, and the clinical relative laboratory examination was done simultaneously. All cases were followed up. Results: In 30 cases of QS type V1 lead electrocardiogram, 16 cases were with isolated septal thickening, 4 cases with wall motion abnormality, 8 cases with hypertensive heart disease, and 2 cases with cardiac malposition. Conclusion: The color doppler ultrasound has important clinical value in etiological typing of QS type V1 lead electrocardiogram accompanied by septal thickening (or asymmetric septal).%目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在心电图胸导联V1呈QS病因分型中的应用价值.方法:选择用多普勒超声检查心电图胸导联V1呈QS型患者30例,超声测量室间隔厚度,观察相应的心肌室搏动情况,进行病因分类,同时进行临床相关实验检查,并随访.结果:30例心电图V1导联呈QS型患者中,单纯室间隔增厚16例,节段运动异常4例,高血压性心脏病8例,心脏位置变化2例.结论:彩色多普勒对室间隔增厚(或不对称)的V1导联呈QS型病因诊断有重要的临床应用价值.
