青光眼视神经保护的研究进展

摘要

Glaucoma is the second eye disease that causing blindness. This article is to make a summary of the mechanism of glaucomatous optic nerve, and introduce the new glaucoma therapies, including calcium channel blockers, gluta-mate antagonist, nitric oxide synthaseinhibitors, antioxidant, anti-glaucoma medicine, heat shock proteins, anti-apoptotic approach, erythropoietin, traditional Chinese medicine and so on.%青光眼是继白内障之后第二位致盲性眼病,本文阐述了青光眼视神经的损伤机制,并对青光眼视神经的保护治疗(包括钙离子通道阻滞剂、谷氨酸拮抗剂、一氧化氮合酶抑制剂、抗氧化剂、抗青光眼药物、热休克蛋白、抗凋亡途径、促红细胞生成素、中医药等)进行了综述.
