Objective: To investagate the value of B-ultrasonic examination in the diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen patients. Methods: 156 cases of gynecologic acute abdomen patients in our hospital were given B-ultrasonic examination, compared with clinical and pathological diagnosis. Results: Clinical and pathological diagnosis showed that 56 cases were ectopic pregnancy, 21 cases caused ovarian cyst torsion , 24 cases got acute pelvic inflammatory disease, 11 cases got ruptured corpus luteum, 15 cases caused ovarian endometriosis, 17 cases got cervical adhesions, 8 cases caused uterine fi -broids combined degeneration, 4 cases were imperforate hymen. Diagnosis rate of B-ultrasound was 93.6%. Conclusion: There is high clinical value for B-ultrasonic examination on the identification and diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen, with high diagnostic accuracy, shorter examination time, no pain, so it can be used as the preferred methods on diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen,%目的:探讨B超检查在妇科急腹症诊断中的价值和意义.方法:对我院收治的妇科急腹症患者156例进行腹腔B超检查,并与临床病理检查诊断相结合分析.结果:临床病理诊断异位妊娠56例,卵巢囊肿扭转21例,急性盆腔炎24例,黄体破裂11例,卵巢子宫内膜异位症15例,宫颈粘连17例,子宫肌瘤合并变性8例,处女膜闭锁4例.B超检查妇科诊断符合率可达93.6%.结论:B超检查对妇科急腹症的鉴别和诊断具有很高的临床价值,其诊断准确率高,检查时间短,无痛苦,可作为妇科急腹症诊断的首选方法.
