原子吸收分光光度法测定二花三草合剂中重金属铅的含量

摘要

目的:建立二花三草合剂中重金属铅含量测定的原子吸收分光光度法.方法:采用消解法消解样品,以原子吸收分光光度法测定二花三草合剂中重金属铅的含量.结果:重金属铅的含量在0～0.150 μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为103.3%(n=9,RSD=4.35%),二花三草合剂中重金属铅的含量符合相关规定.结论:所建方法简便﹑快速,重现性好,专属性强,灵敏度高,适合测定二花三草合剂中重金属铅的含量.%Objective: To establish an atomic absorption spectrometry method to determinate Pb in Erhuasanchao Mixtrue.Methods: The sample was deteriorated by digestion system, and atomic absorption spectrometry method was applied to determine the content of Pb in Erhuasanchao Mixtrue. Results: The good linear relation between the absorbance and the concentration of Pb was within the range of 0-0.150 μg/ml(r=0.999 5), the average recovery was 103.3％ (n=9, RSD=4.35％).Conclusion: The method is sensitive, specific, simple, and suitable for the determination of Pb content in Erhuasanchao Mixtrue.
