目的:探讨中药熏洗在混合痔术后应用的疗效.方法:将160例混合痔行外剥内扎术后的患者按照随机数字表法分成实验组(80例)和对照组(80例),两组均在术后第2天行创面熏洗,实验组采用自制中药汤剂熏洗,对照组采用1∶5 000高锰酸钾溶液治疗.结果:实验组术后第7天初次疼痛视觉模拟评分下降至(1.3±0.5)分,水肿程度为(0.76±0.50),实验组分别为(1.7±0.8)分和(1.06±0.74),实验组递减的程度明显大于对照组(P<0.01);实验组创面平均愈合时间为17.5 d,明显短于对照组的26.5 d(P<0.01).结论:中药熏洗在混合痔术后的辅助治疗存在优势,值得进一步推广应用.%Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of the Fumigation with Herbal Decoction (FHD) in the treatment of postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids (MH).Methods: 160 patients with MH who had undergone surgical treatment were divided into study group (80 cases) and control group (80 cases).Patients in the study group were received FHD, while patients in the control group were received Fumigation with Potassium Permanganate (1:5 000).Results: The postoperative 7th visual analog scale of pain and perianal edema decreased to 1.3 scores and 0.76 in the study group, wile 1.7 scores and 1.06 in the control group.The study group was better than the control group (P＜0.01).The mean wound healing time of the study group (17.5 d) was significantly shorter than the control group (26.5 d) (P＜0.01).Conclusion: There is predominance in the treatment of postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids with Herbal Decoction and to be worth further popularizing.
