重庆市非在编护士工作待遇现状调查及对策研究

     

摘要

目的:了解重庆市非在编护士工作待遇现状,为制定有关非在编护士工作待遇的政策提供科学依据.方法:自行设计调查问卷,采用分层整群抽样的方法,随机抽取重庆市18家不同等级医院的在职非在编护士进行问卷调查.结果:①重庆市非在编护士月收入普遍偏低,2 000元以下的比例高达80.26%,80.17%的非在编护士对自身收入水平不满意.②71.27%的非在编护士奖金比例与在编护士不一致,同工不同酬现象较为普遍.③我市各级医院为非在编护士购买基本保险的情况较差,有20.26%和22.27%的非在编护士医院没有为其购买养老保险和医疗保险,失业保险、生育保险、工伤保险的购买率则更低,分别为11.70%、9.78%、7.60%.④77.47%的非在编护士没有加入医院工会,尤其以三级医院所占比例最高.78.69%的非在编护士没有参加护理学会.结论:重庆市非在编护士对其工作待遇普遍不满意,其合法权益未受到足够的重视,应采取切实可行的措施,改善其待遇,消除同工不同酬现象,保护其合法权益,维护护理队伍的稳定.%Objective: To understand provisional nurses working treatmeant present situation in Chongqing, provide the scientific basis for the policy treatment of provisional nurses work. Methods: Made self-designed questionnaire, by stratified cluster sampling method, randomly carried on the questionnaire survey in 18 different grade hospital of on-the-job provisional nurses. Results: ①The monthly income of provisional nurses at Chongqing was generally low, rate of nurses whose income was lower than 2 000 RMB account for 80.17%. 80.26% were not satisfied to their income level. ②71.27%of provisional nurses bonus proportion and formal nurses inconsistency, co-worker with different pay was common.③ln our city for the hospitals at all levels provisional nurses purchase basic insurance poorer. 20.26% and 22.27% of provisional nurses had no endowment insurance and medical treatment insurance. Purchase rate of unemployment insurance, birth insurance, work injury insurance were lower, respectively 11.70%, 9.78%, 7.60%. ④77.47% of the provisional nurses did not join trade unions, especially in hospitals highest proportion. 78.69% of provisional nurses did not panicipate in the nursing association. Conclusion: The provisional nurses are generally not satisfied to their working conditions in Chongqing their legitimate rights has not received enough attention, should adopt feasible measures to improve its treatment, eliminate co-workers with different pay phenomenon protect the lawful rights and interests of nursing troop stability.
