目的:探讨临床护理路径(CNP)在脑卒中患者康复治疗中的应用效果.方法:将160例脑卒中患者随机分为CNP康复锻炼组(治疗组)和对照组,两组各80例.应用Barthel指数和简化Fugl-Meyer评分法分别对两组患者病后24 h、1个月、3个月予以评定.结果:治疗组和对照组病后1、3个月时患者的日常生活能力、语言功能及肢体运动功能较人院24 h时均有改善(P＜0.05),但治疗组Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer积分评定得分均优于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P＜0.01).患者综合满意度和遵医率与对照组比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:应用CNP对脑卒中患者实施康复护理,可以提高患者生活自理能力和康复水平,提高患者综合满意度和遵医率.%Objective: To explore the application effect of the clinical nursing pathway (CNP) in the patients with cerebral apoplexy rehabilitation exercise practice. Methods: 160 patients with cerebral apoplexy CNP rehabilitation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. each of 80 cases. Application Barthel index and simplified Fugl-Meyer pointrating method respectively in the two groups of the patients after illness 24 h, 1 month, 3 months to assess. Results:CNP rehabilitation group and control group after illness 1 month, 3 months when the patient's life ability, language function and physical movement function is more 24 h time-averaged improve hospital (P＜0.05), but CNP Barthel index and rehabilitation group Fugl-Meyer integral evaluation were better than those of the control group, and both were statistically significant difference (P＜0.01). Patient's satisfaction and according to the comprehensive medical rate compared with control group was significant difference (P＜0.01). Conclusion: Application of clinical nursing pathway in the patients with cerebra] apoplexy implementation rehabilitation nursing can improve patient's self-care skill and rehabilitation level, and improve the comprehensive satisfaction and medical patients as rate.
