Objective: To analyse the uncertainty of Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate content measured by CPEM. Methods:Setting up mathematical model according to CPEM for the content of Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate, then finding out factorswhich cause uncertainty and evaluate various component of the uncertainty. Results: The combined standard uncertaintywas approached by combining all quantized standard uncertainty, then the expanded uncertainty was calculated by usingthe factor k= 2 with a confidence probability of 95%. Conclusion: Under the conformance to the requirement of reliableexperiment and confidence level, the uncertainty measured by dissolving and diluting sample is comparative higher amongvarious quantizing uncertainty components.%目的:对管碟法测定琥乙红霉素含量进行测量不确定度分析.方法:通过建立管碟法测定琥乙红霉素含量的数学模型,找出引起不确定度的因素并对各不确定度分量进行评估.结果:量化了各分量的相对标准不确定度,并计算出合成标准不确定度.取k=2(置信概率95%),最终得出测量结果的扩展不确定度.结论:以测量结果的可靠性测验和可信限率均符合要求为前提,在可量化的不确定度分量中,由试样溶解稀释和称量引入的不确定度相对较大.
