目的:采用高效液相法测定泵嘎日-17中栀子苷的含量.方法:采用迪马-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水(25∶75)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为238 nm.结果:线性范围为0.120～1.200 μg,r=0.999,平均回收率为97.4%,RSD为0.35%.结论:该方法便捷、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可以控制该药的质量.%Objective: To determine the content of geniposide in Benggari-17 Powder by HPLC. Methods: Dikma -C18 (250 mm x4.6 mm, 5μm) column was used with methanol-water (25:75) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The content was detected at wavelenth of 238 run. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.120-1.200 μg, γ=0.999. The average recovery rate was 97.4％ with RSD of 0.35％. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, suitable for the quality control of Benggari-17 Powder.
