HPLC法测定盐酸吗啉胍片含量的考察

     

摘要

Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of Moroxydine Hydrochloride in Moroxydine Hydrochloride Tablets by HPLC. Methods: The Diainonsil C18 (4.6 mmx200 mm, 5μm) column was used. The mobile phases consisted of methanol, acetonitrile and phosphate buffer (60:20:20), the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 237 nm. Results: The linear ranges of Moroxydine Hydrochloride was at 20-70 μg (γ=0.999 2), the average recovery was 99.90%with a RSD of 0.69% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is fast, reliable, accurate and can be used in the quality control of Moroxydine Hydrochloride in Moroxydine Hydrochloride Tablets.%目的:建立高效液相法测定盐酸吗啉胍片中盐酸吗啉胍含量的方法.方法:采用Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液(60:20:20);检测波长:237 nm;流速:1.0ml/min.结果:盐酸吗啉胍在20~70 μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 2),平均回收率为99.90%,RSD=0.69%(n=9).结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于盐酸吗啉胍片中盐酸吗啉胍的质量控制.
