目的:了解噪声对有高血压家族史工人高血压发病情况的影响.方法:对噪声岗位有高血压家族史、噪声岗位无高血压家族史及非噪声岗位有高血压家族史的工人高血压发病情况进行对比研究.结果:噪声岗位有高血压家族史与噪声岗位无高血压家族史的工人高血压发病率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);噪声岗位有高血压家族史与非噪声岗位有高血压家族史的工人高血压发病率比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:噪声在高血压的发病中有促发作用,具有高血压家族史的人群属于噪声对血压影响的易感者,更易发生高血压.应加强噪声岗位的防护,早期筛查易感者.%Objective: To understand the effect of noise to hypertension in the workers with family history of hypertension.Methods: Compared with the incidence of hypertension statistically among the three groups of workers: one worked in noise position with farmly history of hypertension, the other worked in noise position without family history of hypertension,the third group worked in non-noise position with family history of hypertension. Results: There were significant differences in the incidence of hypertension between the group which worked in noise position with family history of hypertension and the group which worked in noise position without family history of hypertension (P＜0.05); the compared result was the same in the incidence of hypertension between the group which worked in noise position with family history of hypertension and the group which worked in non-noise position with family history of hypertension (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The noise is a trigger in the happening of hypertension, the blood pressure of workers who worked in noise position with family history of hypertension is susceptible to noise, the incidence of hypertension is higher in workers who worked in noise position with family history of hypertension. We should strengthen the protection to noise and screen the susceptible earlier.
