Objective: To investigate the infusion reaction in outpatients accepting transfusion in the outpatient department, and to explore the preventive measures. Methods: Clinical data of 50 patients with infusion reaction in the outpatient department were investigated and analyzed, and the preventive measures were established. The treatment effects of outpatients were observed. Results: The incidence rate of infusion reaction was related to nursing level, and declined clearly by improving nursing. Conclusion: The phenomena of infusion reaction occurs in the outpatients who accept a transfusion may be controllable. It is important to take suitable measures to reduce the abnormal reactions.%目的:调查门诊输液患者发生输液反应的状况,并探讨其预防措施.方法:回顾性分析门诊50例输液反应发生的原因,分析并总结护理经验,应用于临床.结果:门诊输液反应的发生很大程度上与护理密切相关,通过改善护理可以明显降低门诊输液反应的发生率.结论:引起门诊患者输液反应的护理因素多数属于可控制性的.采用适当的措施可降低输液反应的发生率.
