Objective To study the action of immunoregulation effects of Tibetan Medicine MNXT Granules. Methods The immunomodulatory effects of Tibetan Medicine MNXT Granules in mice were observed in this study by using carbon particle clearance method and delayed hypersensitivity caused by DNFB method. Results In the carbon particle clearance method experiment, the phagocytic index of high, medium, low dose of MNXT Granules were significantly improved compared with the model group with statistical significance (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01); in the delayed hypersensitivity method experiment, the mice of medium, low dose of MNXT Granules showed significant differences in the left and right ear weight. It was also higher than the model group, indicating significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion These results suggest that Tibetan Medicine MNXT Granules can enhance the immune function of organism.%目的 研究藏药"玛奴西汤"颗粒的免疫调节作用.方法 采用炭粒廓清法和2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)所致的迟发性超敏反应法观察"玛奴西汤"颗粒对小鼠的免疫调节作用.结果 在炭粒廓清实验中,玛奴高、中、低剂量组的吞噬指数显著提高,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05或P < 0.01);在迟发性超敏实验中,玛奴中、低剂量组的左右耳重量差显著增加,且高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05).结论 藏药"玛奴西汤"颗粒具有增强机体免疫功能的作用.
