大肠癌中NDRG-1及P53的表达及其与肿瘤浸润转移的关系

摘要

Objective To investigate the expression of NDRG- 1, P53 tumor suppressor genes in colorectal carcinoma tissue and its relationship with tumor invasion and metastasis. Methods Immunohistoehemistry method was used to detect the expression of NDRG-1 and P53 in colorectal carcinoma tissue and normal colorectal tissue. Results The expression of NDRG-1 in colorectal cancer tissue decreased significantly, and its closely related to the invasion and lymph node metastasis of tumor (P < 0.05). The expression of P53 (mutant) in colorectal cancer tissue significantly increased, its closely related to tumor-infiltrating (P < 0.05), but unrelated with tumor metastasis (P > 0.05). Conclusion Tumor suppressor gene P53 and NDRG-1 (wild-type) have obvious synergy or regulation effect in the process of colorectal carcinoma invasion, but they have no obvious synergy in lymph node metastasis. The expression of NDRG-1 and P53 is relevant in colorectal cancer tissue. There are certain reference significance in colorectal cancer surgical treatment and prognosis by detection of the two genes.%目的 探讨抑癌基因NDRG-1及P53在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤浸润转移的关系.方法 用免疫组化法检测NDRG-1及P53蛋白在大肠癌组织及正常大肠组织中的表达情况.结果 NDRG-1在大肠癌组织中的表达明显降低,与肿瘤浸润、淋巴转移情况密切相关(P < 0.05).P53(突变型)基因在大肠癌组织中的表达明显增高,与肿瘤浸润密切相关(P < 0.05),而与肿瘤转移无关(P > 0.05).结论 抑癌基因NDRG-1与P53(野生型)在大肠癌浸润过程中具有较为明显的协同或调控作用,在淋巴结转移过程中两者无明显的协同作用,NDRG-1与P53在大肠癌组织中的表达具有相关性.检测两基因对临床的大肠癌手术治疗及预后具有一定的参考意义.
