Objective To explore clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound and biopsy of transferring breast cancer axillary sentinel lymph node diagnosis. Methods Clinical data of breast cancer patients who were taken prospective color Doppler ultrasound examination before axillary lymph node dissection surgeries were retrospectively analyzed from March 2006 to October 2011 in our hospital, compared with pathological examination, and the image was observed and analyzed with double-blind method, we took the results statistically. Results The sensitivity whether there was cervical lymph node metastasis or not before surgery from 60 breast cancer biopsy was 89.47% (34/38) and the specificity was 95.45% (21/22), the color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 87.5% (35/40) and 100.0% (20/20). The results showed that color Doppler ultrasound for breast cancer had similar diagnosis with biopsy, and the sensitivity and specificity were better. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound examination is noninvasive and repeatable. It can accurately identify benign and malignant lymph nodes. At the same time, it is a more accurate method to know whether the axillary lymph node is involvement or not.%目的 探讨乳腺癌腋窝前哨淋巴结转移诊断中彩色多普勒超声与病理活检的临床价值.方法 选择2006年3月～2011年10月我院收治的行腋窝淋巴结清扫术前作术前前瞻性彩超检查的60例乳腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并与病理检查结果对照.双盲法观察分析影像所见,将其结果做统计学处理.结果 活检对60例乳腺癌术前判断有无颈淋巴结转移的敏感性为89.47%(34/38),特异性为95.45%(21,22),彩超的诊断敏感性与特异性分别为87.5%(35/40)和100.0%(20/20).其结果说明乳腺癌疾病的彩超能获得与活检技术相似的诊断结果,敏感性与特异性都比较好.结论 彩超检查无损伤、可重复性强,能够准确地对淋巴结的良恶性作出鉴别,同时也是可以预测腋窝淋巴结是否受累较准确的方法.
