目的 探讨中药配合西药治疗肝硬化门脉高压上消化道出血患者的临床效果.方法 2011年1～12月我院收治的肝硬化门脉高压上消化道出血患者60例,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各30例.对照组给予肝硬化门脉高压上消化道出血西医常规治疗措施,观察组在常规西医治疗基础上配合中药治疗,比较两组治愈率以及治疗后止血时间长短.结果 观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为73.33%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后平均止血时间为(4.32±0.18)d,对照组平均止血时间为(6.89±2.64)d,观察组治疗后止血时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 中药配合西药治疗肝硬化门脉高压上消化道出血疗效显著,总有效率高,具有临床应用价值.%Objective To explore the clinical effect, on the traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in the treatment of patients with portal hypertension upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 60 patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into control group and observation group in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2011, 30 patients in each control group were treated cirrhotic portal hypertension and gastrointestinal bleeding with conventional Western treatment measures, and the observation group was given Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional Western medicine, the cure rate and the length of hemostatic time after treatment of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rale of the observation group was 93.33%, the control group was 73.33%, significantly higher than effective rate of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); observation group after treatment, the average hemostatic time was (4.32+0.18) d, the average hemostatic time in the control group was (6.89±2.64) d, hemostasis time was significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with the Western medicine in the treatment of portal hypertension on gastrointestinal bleeding has significantly high total effective rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
