Objective To observe the curative effects of Rosuvastalin Calcium Tablets on the pulse pressure and arterial e-lasticity of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with L-amlodipine and captopriL The observation group was treated with additional Rosnvastatin Calcium Tablets on the basis of the observation group. The curative effects of both groups were observed. Results After the treatment, the two groups of patients both decreased at varying degrees, and at the 8th, 16th and 24th week, the indicators of the two groups ail showed statistical significance (P < 0.05), but the treatment group decreased more obviously than the control group. Before and after the treatment, the differences in DBF indicator of both groups showed no statistical significance (P > 0.05). Before the treatment and at the 8th week of treatment, the difference in C2 between the treatment group and the control group showed no statistical significance (P > 0.05). At the 16th and 24th week of treatment, C2 of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets on the basis of conventional drugs in the treatment of eider patients with hypertension 1ms good clinical curative effects, thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.%目的 观察瑞舒伐他汀钙片对老年高血压患者脉压和动脉弹性的疗效.方法 将120例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例,对照组患者应用左旋氨氯地平以及卡托普利.观察组患者在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀钙片,对两组疗效进行观察.结果 两组患者经过治疗后,各指标都有不同程度的下降趋势,两组患者在治疗了2、4、6个月后,收缩压(SBP)、脉压(PP)指标值都存在统计学意义(P<0.05).对照组和治疗组相比较,治疗组有明显的下降趋势.在治疗前后,从DBP指标值分析,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).两组患者C1在治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察治疗前和治疗8周的时候.对于C2的比较治疗组和对照组患者之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).在治疗16周和24周时,对于C2,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在应用常规药物的基础上配伍瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗老年高血压患者,临床疗效好,值得推广应用.
