胶体金法检测在判定耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌中的价值探讨

         

摘要

目的 探讨胶体金法检测在判定耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)菌株中的价值.方法 收集我院2008年3月~2009年2月临床分离的75株金黄色葡萄球菌,分别采用苯唑西林药敏纸片扩散法、乳胶凝集法及胶体金法检测,比较分析检测结果.结果 胶体金法的敏感度与苯唑西林药敏纸片扩散法及乳胶凝集法相比,差异无统计学意义(χ2 = 0.260,P > 0.05);胶体金法与苯唑西林药敏纸片扩散法的符合率为100.0%;胶体金法、乳胶凝集法和苯唑西林药敏纸片扩散法的检测时间分别为(9.2±0.4)min、(38.2±1.7)min和(1080.6±36.3)min,胶体金法的检测时间最短,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01).结论胶体金法是一种快速、准确的判定MRSA菌株的方法,值得进一步研究.%Objective To investigate the value of colloidal gold method on determination of MRSA strains. Methods 75 plants of staphylococcus aureus isolated from clinical were collected from March 2008 to February 2009 in our hospital, and were tested by Oxacillin drug sensitivity test, slidex solidify test and colloidal gold method, then the test results were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the Oxacillin drug sensitivity test and slidex solidify test, the sensitivity of the colloidal gold method had no significant difference (χ2 = 0.260, P > 0.05). The coincidence rate of the colloidal gold method and the oxacillin drug sensitivity test was 100.0%. The detection time of the colloidal gold method, slidex solidify test and Oxacillin drug sensitivity test was (9.2±0.4) min, (38.2 + 1.7) min and (1080.6+36.3) min respectively, which showed that the detection time of the colloidal gold method was the shortest, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion The colloidal gold method is a fast and accurate way to determine MRSA strains. It is worthy of further study.
