运动疗法在改善急性脊髓炎患者生活能力和肌力中的效果观察

Objective To study the effect of exercise therapy in improving living ability and muscle strength of patients with acute myelitis. Methods 58 patients with acute myelitis In our hospital from December 2006 to May 2011 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided Into control group and observation group with 29 cases In each group, the control group was treated with routine treatment and recovery method, the observation group was treated with exercise therapy based on the control group, then the Barthel Index, muscle strength of both lower limbs and SCL-90 score of two groups before and after the treatment of 4 weeks were analyzed and compared. Results The Barthel index, muscle strength of both lower limbs and SCL-90 score of observation group after the treatment of 4 weeks were better than those of control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of exercise therapy in Improving living ability and muscle strength of patients with acute myelitis is better, and It plays an active role In improving quality of life of patients.%目的 探讨运动疗法在改善急性脊髓炎患者生活能力和肌力中的效果.方法 选取2006年12月～2011年5月于本院进行治疗的58例急性脊髓炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各29例,对照组采用常规的治疗康复方案进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用运动疗法,后将两组患者治疗前及治疗后4 周的Barthel 指数、双下肢肌力及SCL-90 评分进行统计及比较.结果 观察组治疗后4 周的Barthel 指数、双下肢肌力及SCL-90评分均优于对照组(均P < 0.05).结论 运动疗法在改善急性脊髓炎患者生活能力和肌力中的效果较佳,对于改善患者的生存质量有着积极的作用.
