延伸护理服务对脑卒中患者独立生活能力和生存质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨延伸护理对脑卒中患者独立生活能力和生存质量的影响.方法 选择2009年12月～2012年12月浙江省湖州市中心医院治疗的脑卒中患者126例,分为观察组和对照组,每组各63例.观察组患者进行延伸护理服务,对照组患者给予常规出院宣教及出院后电话随访.于出院时、出院后3、6个月采用改良Barthel指数评定量表及生存质量综合评定问卷对患者的独立生活能力以及生存质量进行评价.结果 ①观察组患者在出院时、出院后3、6个月的Barthel指数评分间差异有高度统计学意义(P＜0.01);且观察组在出院后3、6个月的Barthel指数评分明显高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P＜0.01).②两组出院时生活质量指数差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);出院后3、6个月观察组的生活质量指数明显高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 延伸护理服务能够有效地提高脑卒中患者的独立生活能力,提高患者的生存质量.%Objective To evaluate the effects of extended nursing care for stroke patients on independent living ability and living quality.Methods 126 clinically cured and discharged stroke patients from December 2009 to December 2012 in Central Hospital of Huzhou City were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 63 cases in each group.63 patients in observation group were given the extended nursing care,63 patients in the control group were given routine education and call visits only after discharging from hospital.The independent living ability and living quality were evaluated by modified Barthel index and general quality of life inventory (GQOLI) when discharged from hospital 3,6 months after discharge.Results ①Barthel index in observation group out of the hospital,3,6months after discharge were found had statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.01); Barthel index in observation group 3,6 months after discharge were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.01).②GQOLI index out of the hospital in the two groups was found with no statistically significant difference (P ＞ 0.05);GQOLI index in observation group 3,6 months after discharge were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The extended nursing care for stroke patients can effectively improve the independent living ability and living quality.
