目的 探讨中医药经典方药(简称经方)治疗ABO母儿血型不合的临床应用价值.方法 以经方辨证论治为指导,分期治疗河南中医学院第三附属医院ABO母儿血型不合病例100例.孕前采用茵陈蒿汤加减、逍遥散加减,调理降低抗体效价;孕中采用茵陈蒿汤合寿胎丸加减、当归芍药散加减保宫安胎.结果 治愈85例,显效13例,好转2例,无效0例,总有效率为100%.结论 经方治疗ABO母儿血型不合疗效显著,值得推广.%Objective To explore the clinical value on classical prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of maternal-fetal ABO incompatibility. Methods 100 patients with maternal-fetal ABO incompatibility were treated in the guide of treatment based on syndrome differentiation. The patients were given Yinchenhao Decoction add and subtract and Xiaoyao Decoction add and subtract before pregnancy, in order to opsonize antibody titer; the patients were given Yinchen Decoction combined with Shoutai Pills add and subtract and Danggui Shaoyao Decoction add and subtract to prevent miscarriage at the period of pregnancy. Results There were 85 cases were cured, 13 cases were remarkably improved. 2 cases were effective, and nobody was ineffective, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion The classical prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of maternal-fetal ABO incompatibility has a significant efficacy, which is worthy to use in clinic.
