平胃散加减联合西药治疗慢性浅表性胃窦炎患者的临床研究

摘要

目的 探讨平胃散联合西药治疗80例慢性浅表性胃窦炎患者的临床疗效.方法 选取重庆市綦江区中医院2011年5月～2012年5月收治的80例慢性浅表性胃窦炎患者,将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例.对照组给予常规的西药联合(克拉霉素、阿莫西林、左氧氟沙星)治疗,治疗组在西药联合治疗的基础上加用平胃散.观察两组的临床疗效、血清胃泌素、主要症状评分及不良反应情况.结果 治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05).两组治疗后血清胃泌素显著高于治疗前(P ＜ 0.05).治疗后,治疗组的血清胃泌素与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05).两组治疗后主要症状评分显著高于治疗前(P ＜ 0.05).治疗后,治疗组主要症状评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05).结论 平胃散联合西药治疗慢性浅表性胃窦炎能显著提高患者血清胃泌素水平,改善主要相关症状,具有较好疗效,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To discuss the clinical effect on Pingwei Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of 80 patients with chronic superficial antral inflammation. Methods 80 patients with chronic superficial antral inflammation in Qijiang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Chongqing City from May 2011 to May 2012 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 40 cases. Patients in control group were given western medicine combination therapy (Clarithromycin, Amoxicillin, Levofloxacin), and patients in treatment group were given Pingwei Decoction based on the treatment of control group. Clinical effect, serum gastrin, main symptom score and the adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total rate of treatment group was 90.0%, and the total rate of control group was 80.0%, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum gastrin of two groups were both higher than before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, there was a significant difference on serum gastrin of treatment group compared with that of control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, main symptom scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, there was a significant difference on main symptom scores of treatment group compared with that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Pingwei Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic superficial antral inflammation can improve the level of serum gastrin and main symptom and has a good effect, so it is worthy of application in clinic.
