儿科门诊治疗上呼吸道感染药物的应用分析

摘要

目的 了解我院儿科门诊上呼吸道感染药物的应用情况,分析存在的问题,为临床合理安全用药提供参考依据.方法 随机抽取我院2011年9月~2012年2月诊断为上呼吸道感染的儿科门诊处方1 272份,进行调查、统计和分析.结果 共使用药品101种,其中,西药81种,中成药20种;使用抗菌药物达22种,其中,使用抗菌药物处方数为1 015张(79.80%);使用抗炎、抗病毒中成药处方数分别为166张(13.05%)和206张(16.20%).结论 我院儿科不合理用药还存在很多问题,有待提高用药的合理性和安全性.%Objective To understand the application of upper respiratory tract infection drugs in pediatric outpatient of our hospital, analyze existing problems, in order to provide reference for rational and safe clinical drug use. Methods A total of 1 272 copies of upper respiratory tract infection prescriptions in pediatric outpatient of our hospital from September 2011 to February 2012 were randomly selected for investigation, statistics and analysis. Results A total of 101 kinds of drugs were used, of which 81 kinds were Western medicine and 20 kinds were Chinese patent medicine. 22 kinds of antibacterial agents were used, and the numbers of prescriptions used antibacterial agent for upper respiratory tract infection were 1 015 copies (79.80%). There were 166 copies (13.05%) of proprietary Chinese medicine prescriptions for anti-inflammatory and 206 copies (16.20%) for antiviral. Conclusion There are still many problems in irrational drug use in pediatric department of our hospital, and the rationality and safety of drug use need to be improved.
