微伏级T波电交替的临床应用价值

     

摘要

T波电交替是指在规则心律时,体表心电图T波振幅、形态逐搏交替变化。用现代仪器监测出的微伏级T波电交替,作为一种无创的心电检测方法,具有广阔的临床应用前景。现结合文献对近些年来微伏级T波电交替最新临床应用进行探讨,为微伏级T波电交替的研究学者提供一个现代化的理论框架。%T wave alternans describes a condition of gradually alternated changes of T wave in amplitude of vibration and shape on ECG during regular normal sinus rhythm. Microvolt T wave alternans (MTWA) detected by modern ad-vanced equipment MTWA as a noninvasive method of cardiac detection has a broad application prospect. This paper explores the new clinical application value of MTWA through referring to relevant literature, then provide a modern theoretical framework for the study of MTWA.
