Microvolt T wave alternans (MTWA) detected by modern ad-vanced equipment MTWA as a noninvasive method of cardiac detection has a broad application prospect. This paper explores the new clinical application value of MTWA through referring to relevant literature, then provide a modern theoretical framework for the study of MTWA.
