巴戟天薄层色谱鉴别用对照提取物的研制与应用

摘要

目的：研制薄层色谱鉴别用巴戟天对照提取物，以解决对照药材的局限性。方法从原料选定、制备工艺研究、稳定性影响因素考察等方面探讨薄层色谱鉴别用巴戟天对照提取物的研究思路，并比较巴戟天对照药材与对照提取物在薄层鉴别中的应用结果。结果巴戟天薄层鉴别用对照提取物的提取条件：巴戟天粗粉加20倍70%乙醇，加热回流提取，提取2次，每次1 h。该对照提取物替代对照药材应用于巴戟天及其成方制剂中的薄层鉴别效果一致。结论本研究制备的巴戟天薄层鉴别用对照提取物，可以替代巴戟天对照药材用于巴戟天及其成方制剂的质量控制分析。%Objective To develop Morinda offic inalis How reference extract for TLC to solve the limitation of reference crude herb. Methods The research strategy of Morinda officinalis How reference extract for TLC was discussed from raw material selected, preparation technology and stability influence factors. Practical results between Morinda offici-nalis How reference crude drug and reference extract in TLC were compared. Results The extract condition of refer-ence extract used for TLC of Morinda offic inalis How was as follows: Morindae offic inalis How thick powder was heat-ing reflux extracted with 20 flods of 70% ethanol for two times, 1 hour each time. The reference extract instead of ref-erence crude drug used for TLC of Morindae offic inalis How and its historical preparations gained the same effect. Conclusion The reference extract of Morindae offic inalis How for TLC prepared by this study can replace Morindae offic inalis How reference crude herb to be used for quality control analysis of Morindae offic inalis How and its histori-cal preparation.
