Objective To analyze the effect of preoperative GnRH-a treatment on serological indexes and gene expres-sion related to endometrial tissue of patients with endometriosis. Methods 82 cases of endometriosis patients from De-cember 2012 to December 2014 in Hu'nan Provincial People's Hospital were selected as research objects, according to random indicator method, they were divided into observation group and control group, 41 cases in each group. Patients of the observation group received preoperative GnRH-a combined laparoscopic treatment, and patients of the control group were treated with pure laparoscopic. The hormone levels, disease related indicators and recurrence of related in-dicators, endometrial tissue gene expression of two groups were compared. Results E2, FSH, P, LH levels of patients in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were sta-tistically significant (P<0.05);CA125, CA199 and TIMP-1,VEGF of patients in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);expres-sion levels of eNOS, CD34, LIvin in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Preoperative GnRH-a treatment helps to reduce the hormone levels in patients with endometriosis, is good for removed completely under laparoscopic surgery, and reduces the possibility of postoperative recurrence.%目的：分析术前促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)治疗对子宫内膜异位症患者血清学指标及内膜组织相关基因表达的影响。方法选择于2012年12月~2014年12月在湖南省人民医院住院治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者82例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各41例。观察组患者接受术前GnRH-a联合腹腔镜治疗，对照组患者接受单纯腹腔镜治疗。比较两组患者的激素水平、疾病相关指标及复发相关指标、内膜组织基因表达等情况差异。结果观察组患者接受治疗后的雌二醇、卵泡刺激素、孕激素、黄体生成素水平明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者接受治疗后的CA125、CA199、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1、血管内皮生长因子水平均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的内皮型一氧化氮合酶、CD34、LIvin表达水平显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前GnRH-a治疗有助于降低子宫内膜异位症患者的激素水平，有利于腹腔镜手术的病灶彻底切除，降低术后复发可能性。
