疑难病例讨论在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科进修生教学中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To verify the recognition of advanced doctors about the teaching method of difficult clinical cases and improvement suggestions, in order to put forward some improvement advices. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 35 advanced doctors who were studied more than half a year in Department of ENT & HN Surgery, General Hospital of PLA and used difficult cases discuss in the clinical teaching. Results Overall, 82.9% of respon-dents completely agreed with, 17.1%basically agreed with the teaching method;91.4%of respondents completely agree that the teaching method could improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of difficult diseases and improve clinical thinking and analytical ability; 85.7% of respondents completely agreed willing to participate in the teaching activities, and it was able to improve learning interest of professional knowledge. The main problems included the inactive teach-ing atmosphere, not enough in-depth understanding of a partial difficult knowledge, and the time and energy-consum-ing. Conclusion The teaching method of difficult cases discussion can improve the level of advanced doctors on diag-nosis and treatment of diseases and improve the learning effect. It is a good clinical teaching method for advanced doc-tors, which is worth keeping and spreading.%目的:了解进修医生对定期疑难病例讨论教学法的认可度和改进意见,为进一步在进修生教学中应用该方法提供参考。方法在解放军总医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的进修生教学中采用疑难病例讨论方法,对进修半年以上的35名医生进行问卷调查。结果总体上,82.9%的被调查者完全认同,17.1%的被调查者基本认同这种教学法;91.4%的被调查者完全认同该种教学法能提高疑难疾病的诊治水平及临床思维和分析判断能力;85.7%的被调查者完全认同乐于参加该教学活动,并能够调动对本专业的学习兴趣。存在的主要问题是:课堂气氛不够活跃、对难点知识理解不够深入以及耗时多、时间精力不够。结论疑难病例讨论教学法能提高进修医生疾病诊断治疗水平,提高学习效果,值得在进修医生临床教学中保持和开展。
