婴幼儿支气管炎中药凝胶膏剂基质处方的优选

摘要

目的 优选婴幼儿支气管炎中药凝胶膏剂的基质处方.方法 以感官评价、黏附力、膜残留量、剥离强度为指标,采用单因素试验法及正交试验法对凝胶膏剂处方配比进行考察.结果 优化选取20∶1(V/V)的中药浓缩液的浸膏剂入药,载药量为2.5 g,辅料基质用量为聚丙烯酸钠NP800 0.55 g、酒石酸0.025 g、PVPK90 0.2 g、甘油3.0 g.结论 按优选的基质处方制成的凝胶膏剂质量稳定,工艺合理,切实可行.%Objective To optimize matrix prescription of traditional Chinese medicine gel ointment for infantile bronchitis.Methods With sensory evaluation,adhesion,membrane residue quantity and peel strength as indices,the matrix prescription of gel ointment was investigated by single factor test and orthogonal test.Results Extracts of concentrated liquid of Chinese medicine of 20∶1 (V/V) was optimized and selected to use as medicine,the drug loading capacity was 2.5 g.The optimal matrix dosage of excipients was as followed:0.55 g of sodium polyacrylate NP800,0.025 g of tartaric acid,0.2 g of PVPK90,3.0 g of glycerol.Conclusion The gel ointment prepared according to the optimal formulation has stable quality,reasonable technique,and it is feasible.
