目的 建立同时测定甘遂半夏汤中尿嘧啶核苷、肌苷、鸟嘌呤核苷、芍药内脂苷、甘草苷、芹糖甘草苷6种化学成分含量的方法,为甘遂半夏汤的质量控制提供一定理论依据.方法 安捷伦(Agilent)TC-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm×5 μm);柱温:30℃;检测波长:254 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min;流动相:乙腈-水溶液梯度洗脱;进样量:20 μL.结果 各对照品在线性范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均≥0.9995;加样回收率为98.1％～101.2％,RSD≤3.3％.结论 本法操作简单、快速、准确,重现性好,可为甘遂半夏汤的质量控制的制订奠定基础.%Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of six compounds (uridine,carnine,guanosine,albiflorin,liquiritin,liquiritin apioside) in Gansuibanxia Decoctions,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the quality control of Gansuibanxia Decoction.Methods The Agilent TC-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm×5 μm) was used at 30℃ with acetonitrile-water (gradient elution) as the mobile phase;the detective wavelength was 254 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the injection volume was 20 μL.Results Every standards showed a good linear relationship in the linear range,the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.9995.The recoveries were in the range of 98.1％-101.2％.RSDs were all less than 3.3％.Conclusion The method established in this paper is simple and fast with good accuracy and repeatability.It may lay the foundation for the quality control of Gansuibanxia Decoctions.
