小儿脾虚证与抗菌药物使用关系的研究概况

摘要

脾虚证为儿科临床中最常见的证型之一,而小儿又易患感染性疾病,抗菌药物是儿科临床中使用量最大的药物之一,脾虚证患儿更易感染,抗菌药物使用又易致脾虚等.本文从脾虚证的历代认识以及现代研究、抗菌药物的使用现状等入手,试图探讨小儿脾虚证与抗菌药物使用之间的关系,以期指导临床更好地合理用药与辨证施治.%Spleen deficiency syndrome is one of the most common syndromes in pediatric clinic,and children are susceptible to get infectious diseases.The antibacterial drugs use are one of the most in pediatric clinic,children with spleen deficiency are more susceptible to infection,and the use of antibacterial drugs can cause spleen deficiency.From the past understanding and the current research of spleen deficiency syndrome,and the situation of antibacterial drugs use,this paper try to investigate the relationship between the spleen deficiency syndrome of children and the antibacterial drugs use,and in order to guide rational administration and clinical differentiation.
