基于互联网+的医学装备计量管理服务平台建设研究

摘要

目的:设计基于互联网+的医学装备计量管理服务平台, 以满足患者、医院和监管部门等各方需求, 实现医学计量管理的数字化、公众化和透明化.方法:运用互联网+技术建立专项的计量信息数据库和客户端系统, 通过互联网移动终端进行计量数据的查询、录入、修改等操作.结果:实现了医学计量管理的信息化和网络化, 使医学工程和监管部门摆脱了繁琐的纸质计量证书记录, 提升了工作效率;平台融合了医学装备计量信息在线管理和现场管理, 整合了计量数据资源, 有效防止了漏检、错检等现象的发生, 医学装备受检率达到了100％.结论:建设互联网+的医学装备计量管理服务平台, 能够推动医学装备计量管理的信息化和智能化, 提高医疗机构管理水平, 创造互联网+的社会效益.%Objective:To design a metrological management service platform of medical equipment based on Internet+technique so as to meet the needs of patients, hospitals, supervise department and other aspects, and enhance the metrological management level of medical equipment, and achieve the digitization, public and transparency of medical metrological management.Methods:This research designed and developed a metrological management service platform of medical equipment that applied internet+technique and computer technique, and established special metrological information database and client-side system, and implemented inquiring, enter and modify for metrological data through the internet mobile terminal.Results:The construction of this platform improved the level of metrological management of organization that applied this platform, and reduced the resource consumption and error rates, and realized the target that examination coverage rate of medical metrological equipment achieved 100％.Conclusion:The construction of metrological management service platform of medical equipment based on internet+can promote the informatization and intelligentialize of metrological management of medical equipment, and enhance management level of medical institutions, and create the social benefits of Internet+, and it has good demonstration and outreach value.
