Objective:Collecting the electric signal of spinal cord in the process of surgery curing brachial plexus avulsion pain patients and analyzeing it to guide the surgery.Methods:The data were analyzed with wave transform.The results were described using time-frequency analysis method.Results:Comparing with uninjured side and affected side after surgeries,the signal of affected side before surgery had difference in 20 Hz range.It had a higher energy.Conclusion:Surgery can be guided by measuring and anglicizing electric signal of spinal cord.%目的:手术治疗臂丛神经损伤后疼痛过程中采集脊髓电信号,分析其频域特征,以指导手术进行的程度和范围。方法:应用小波变换处理术中电极记录的脊髓信号,用时频表示的方法来表示分析臂丛神经损伤患侧、健侧和患侧手术修复后脊髓电信号的结果。结果:讨论发现患侧的电信号与患侧术后电信号、健侧电信号相比,频率范围在20Hz左右有显著的差异,患侧数据20Hz频率信号能量明显高于其余两者。结论:臂丛神经损伤患侧脊髓电信号20Hz频率能量高于健侧和术后电信号相应频带能量的特性,可用来指导治疗臂丛神经损伤后疼痛的手术。
