大型医院医用物资保障管理体系结构探析

摘要

Objective: To establish the medical materials management system in large-scale hospital to strengthen materials management and improve materials efficiency. Methods: We established and perfected the management system. Meanwhile, the management software was programmed, information platform established to improve scientific management. Results: We achieved the whole segment management of medical equipment as well as instrument and materials. Conclusion: Through strengthening material management via setting up reasonable system structure and operating criterion strictly, we can follow the rapid improvement of huge hospital and ensure the medical treatment, teaching and research in the hospital.%目的：建立医用物资保障管理体系，对医用物资采购、使用、供应、维护、质量控制等环节实施临管，提高物资使用效率，确保医疗工作的安全有效进行。方法：建立和完善各项规章制度，圳强管理，规范操作；开发管理软件，搭建信息平台，实现科学化、系统化的管理模式。结果：实现了对医疗设备、器械和消耗材料从购置论证、采供到报废销毁的全程系统化管理。结论：通过构建合理的体系结构，严格进行规范操作来加强物资管理，才能适应大型医院的快速发鼹，为医、教、研工作保驾护航。
