高温粉尘环境作业人员上颌窦影像学改变的探讨

摘要

目的：探讨厂矿企业职工在高温粉尘作业环境下，上颌窦病变发生率与在正常环境下的区别，同时制定合理有效的防护措施，保护高温粉尘作业工作者的身心健康。方法：将高温粉尘工作人员按照工龄分为3组，同时随机抽取224名非高温作业的机关工作人员作为对照，均进行一次上颌窦CT影像检查，通过比较，观察上颌窦病变发生情况。结果：经过对两类不同人员上颌窦的诊断研究，发现从事高温粉尘作业人员上颌窦病变（上颌窦炎、上颌窦息肉及上颌窦囊肿）发生率明显高于机关工作人员。结论：环境温度及粉尘对上颌窦的病变发生率有明显影响，且随着接触时间的延长而增加，并有一定规律可循，为进一步的探讨研究工作提供了重要的临床价值。%Objective： To investigate the difference incidence between high temperature and dust and normal conditions. Methods： The workers who were in high temperature and dust were divided into 3 groups radomly, Meanwhile, we, randomly selected 224 non high temperature workers as a control group. They all received CT examinations. Results： The incidence of maxillary sinusitis was significantly higher in the former 5 groups than in the other group. Conclusion： Temperature and dust have a significant effect on the incidence of maxillary sinus disease. Furthermore, it become worse and worse with time prolongation. This study provides is of important clinical value for further researches.
