河南省部分核医学设备辐射危害及质量控制性能检测结果分析

         

摘要

Objective: To understand the status of nuclear medicine imaging device in Henan Province, and improve the related measures of medical device quality control. Methods:According to the nuclear medicine equipment quality control standards and the key technology research and application of radiation hazard control and nuclear radiation health emergency, nuclear medicine equipment performance tests for SPECT, PET/CT in Henan Province were operated. Results:After testing four SPECT and two PET/CTs, the characteristics of imaging device were conformed to the basic requirements of the relevant standards, and the results of performance indicators for each test were different. Conclusion:Before SPECT and PET/CT device detection, the work of nuclear medicine physics staff on daily maintenance and quality control is important. Strengthen health surveillance and technical services for nuclear medicine equipment, acceptance test and stability test to ensure that equipment is in good working condition.%目的:对河南省SPECT、PET/CT等核医学设备辐射危害及性能现状进行分析,探讨提高核医学设备应用质量的有关措施。方法:依据核医学设备质量控制相关标准和2011年度卫生行业科研专项“辐射危害控制与核辐射卫生应急处置关键技术研究及其应用”第1单元“医用辐射危害评价与控制技术研究”实施方案,对SPECT、PET/CT核医学设备性能进行检测。结果:经测试4台SPECT和2台PET/CT质量控制各项指标基本满足相关标准的要求,且各项性能指标的检测结果均不相同。结论:SPECT和PET/CT设备进行检测前的必要校正,以及核医学物理人员对设备的日常维护和质量控制工作是非常重要的。加强卫生监督和技术服务,对核医学设备进行验收检测和稳定性检测,做好日常的质量保证和质量控制工作,是保证设备处于良好工作状态的必要措施。
