Objective:To investigate whether the subjects with body mass in the normal range but high body fat content correlate with blood sugar, blood lipid, blood pressure, uric acid and other index.Methods: Three hundred eighty-two subjects with BMI ranged from 18.5 to 24.9 kg/m2 in People's hospital in Wei fang were recruited. The percentage of BF was measured using Inbody 720 body composition analyzer. Percentage of BF≥25% in male or BF≥35% in female were defined as the invisible fat ; subjects with BMI<25 kg/m2 and the percentage of BF in the normal range were defined as the normal group. All data are conducted using EXCEL 2013, SAS9.2.Results:①The rate of subjects that the BMI rate was in the normal range respectively was 24.3% (303/1246). The rate of male was 22%(155/705); The rate of female was 27.3%(148/541). The difference of women invisible obesity incidence and the incidence of obesity in male contact was statistically significant(x2=29.606,P<0.05).②Single factor analysis showed that in the 10 index, there is seven chronic diseases index associating with invisible obesity but has nothing to do with sex, systolic blood pressure index.③Logistic regression analysis showed that except age the invisible fat is associated with TC and TG index.Conclusion: Subjects with BMI in the normal range still existed obesity that can’t be neglected, “The invisible fat” may be closely related with chronic disease.%目的：探讨身体质量指数(BMI)在正常范围，但体成分分析仪检测总体脂肪含量异常的隐性肥胖与血压、血糖、血脂及尿酸等指标的相关性。方法：选取正常体检人员1246名，其BMI为18.5～24.9 kg/m2，利用Inbody720体成分分析仪检测体脂肪率(BF)，将BMI＜25 kg/m2且男性BF≥25%、女性BF≥35%的隐性肥胖者作为观察组，将BMI＜25 kg/m2，且BF在正常范围的人群作为对照组。所有数据均采用统计学软件进行处理和分析。结果：①体检人群隐性肥胖的发生率为24.3%(303/1246)，其中男性隐性肥胖发生率为22%(155/705)；女性隐性肥胖发生率为27.3%(148/541)；女性隐性肥胖发生率与男性隐性肥胖发生率相比，差异有统计学意义(x2=29.606，P＜0.05)；②单因素分析显示在10个指标中，与隐性肥胖相关的慢性病指标有7个，而与年龄、体脂及收缩压指标无关；③Logistic回归分析显示，去除年龄混杂效应，隐性肥胖仍与总胆固醇和甘油三脂等指标有关。结论：BMI在正常范围的成年人同样存在着不容忽视的肥胖，而“隐性肥胖”与慢性疾病的发生密切相关。
